Unauthenticated phishing redirects via encoded file URLs

Open redirect in Gradio allows remote attackers to send users to attacker-controlled sites through a crafted URL-encoded file parameter. The file-serving route decodes the supplied external URL and returns it in a 302 Location header without constraining the destination. No authentication is required, but exploitation depends on a user following the crafted Gradio link; the redirect supports phishing rather than server compromise.
