Remote code execution via insecure type resolution
Published Oct 9, 2024 · Updated Oct 9, 2024
Unsafe reflection in Progress Telerik Report Server before 10.2.24.924 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The type-resolution path accepts attacker-controlled type metadata from an injected object and instantiates a class without an allowlist. Administrator-level Report Server access is required, and successful object injection executes code in the server process context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
