CVE-2024-8010

Authenticated file disclosure via Publisher XXE

Published Apr 16, 2026 · Updated Apr 16, 2026

XXE in the Publisher of WSO2 API Manager 3.2.0 through 4.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to read server files via crafted XML. The Publisher's XML parser processes attacker-supplied external entity references without disabling their resolution, causing server-side file or URL dereferences. Publisher access and adjacent-network reachability are required; impact is limited to local file reads and HTTP GET access to resources reachable from the server.
