Unauthorized traffic flows via truncated dynamic ACLs

Improper access control in affected Arista EOS releases allows adjacent attackers to create unauthorized traffic flows after an ASU restart. During ASU, EOS restores only the first rule of a multi-line dynamic ACL received from an external AAA server, leaving later access-control rules unenforced. Exposure requires 802.1X, a multi-line AAA-supplied ACL, a pending captive-portal supplicant, and an ASU between affected releases; the result is network-policy bypass.
