Arbitrary file read via template path traversal

Path traversal in GaiZhenbiao ChuanhuChatGPT before 20240918 allows remote attackers to read local files via crafted template names. The load_template function joins an untrusted filename to TEMPLATES_DIR and opens the resulting path without verifying that its real path remains inside that directory. Exploitation requires a reachable template-loading interface and exposes only files parseable as JSON or CSV, with no reported write or execution capability.
