Authenticated database disclosure via unsanitized transfer_id
Published Aug 20, 2024 · Updated Aug 20, 2024
SQL injection in itsourcecode Project Expense Monitoring System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via transfer_id. The printtransfer.php endpoint uses the transfer_id GET value in a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, as shown by error- and time-based payloads. A valid low-privileged session is the CNA-rated gate; successful exploitation exposes database contents without requiring user interaction.
