Improper access control in Jieshun JieLink+ JSOTC2016 20240805 and earlier allows remote attackers to read parking-charge records. The /report/ParkChargeRecord/GetDataList endpoint returns protected record data without enforcing access control on unauthenticated requests. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the CNA has not published further implementation details.
