Remote memory corruption via langType stack overflow

Stack-based buffer overflow in TOTOLINK EX1200L 9.3.5u.6146_B20201023 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt memory via langType. The setLanguageCfg handler in /www/cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi copies the request value into a stack variable without enforcing its capacity. Low-privileged CGI access is sufficient; the resulting corruption can crash the service or alter execution, although public records do not demonstrate code execution.
