Unauthenticated user redirection via unvalidated sign-out source

Open redirect in Open Journal Systems 3.4.0-6 and earlier allows remote attackers to redirect users through a crafted sign-out URL. LoginHandler::signOut removes at signs from the source parameter, then concatenates the remaining value into a redirect URL without validating it as a safe destination. The endpoint requires no authentication, but a user must follow the crafted URL; the browser then reaches an attacker-chosen site.
