Stored script execution via unsanitized site settings

Stored cross-site scripting in Xiaohe4966 TpMeCMS 1.3.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through basic site settings. The Basic Configuration handler accepts and persists script payloads in fields such as Site Name and Beian, and the homepage renders the stored values without neutralizing the script. Administrator access is required to change these settings, and a subsequent homepage visit executes the payload in the visitor's browser.
