Privileged memory disclosure via dependent prefetching

Information disclosure in Arm Cortex-X, C1, and Neoverse processor cores allows local users to infer privileged memory through prefetching. The data memory-dependent prefetch engine fetches a privileged location, treats its contents as another address, and speculatively dereferences it. Local unprivileged execution is required, and the documented consequence is leakage across privilege boundaries rather than direct memory modification or service interruption.
