CVE-2024-7874Network attack vector

Information disclosure via reflected mfpConnectionId script injection

Published Dec 6, 2024 · Updated Dec 10, 2024

Reflected XSS in Tungsten Automation TotalAgility 7.9.0.25.0.954 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via crafted POST requests. The ScanFront.aspx and ScanFrontDebug.aspx handlers reflect the mfpConnectionId form value into responses without neutralizing executable script. Exploitation requires a valid VIEWSTATE value and passive user interaction, limiting the consequence to information exposed within the affected browser context.
