Unauthenticated log disclosure and deletion via unchecked requests

Sensitive information exposure in PixelYourSite 9.7.1 and earlier and Pro 10.4.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to read logs. The init handler accepts download_logs or clear_plugin_logs without a capability or nonce check, then calls PYS_Logger to read or unlink the debug-log path. No authentication is required; a generated or residual log must exist, and impact is limited to disclosure or deletion of that plugin log.
