Authenticated appliance compromise via current_path buffer overflow

Classic buffer overflow in D-Link NAS and NVR appliances allows remote authenticated users to compromise an affected device. The cgi_create_album function in /cgi-bin/photocenter_mgr.cgi copies the attacker-controlled current_path value without enforcing the destination buffer size. Low-privileged web-interface access is required; successful exploitation grants control over appliance data and execution or interrupts its service.
