Account modification via unguarded user-management endpoint

Improper authorization in Simple Online Bidding System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access user management without logging in. The bidding/admin/users.php endpoint performs no session or authorization gate before rendering account data and accepting modify or delete actions. No credentials or user interaction are required, exposing account information and permitting unauthorized account modification or deletion.
