Stored XSS via unfiltered task names

Stored XSS in add-task.php in SourceCodester Task Progress Tracker 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject JavaScript via task_name. The endpoint accepts task_name without filtering, stores it, and later renders the value as executable page content. An authenticated task creator must store the payload, and a later page visit executes it in the visitor's browser, enabling page-content changes.
