Published Aug 20, 2024 · Updated Aug 20, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in Bit Apps Bit Form 2.0 through 2.13.9 allows remote authenticated users to upload JavaScript files. The addCustomCode function accepts custom-code input without validating the file type or JavaScript content before writing it to the site. Administrator-level WordPress access is required; the bounded result is persistent attacker-controlled JavaScript on the site's server.
