Stored script execution via unescaped category name
Published May 15, 2025 · Updated May 17, 2025
Stored XSS in Designful Stylish Price List before 7.1.8 allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through a price-list category name. The plugin stores the Category Name setting and renders it after reloading without sanitizing the input or escaping the resulting HTML. Contributor-level access is required, and the injected script runs when a user views the affected list even where unfiltered HTML is disabled.
