Authenticated SQL injection via hidden_id query input

SQL injection in SourceCodester Clinic's Patient Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries. The update_medicine.php endpoint fails to neutralize SQL syntax in the hidden_id request parameter before using it in a database operation. A logged-in clinic user can submit crafted values to read or modify application data and interrupt database-backed operations.
