Database disclosure via unfiltered medicine name

SQL injection in SourceCodester Clinic's Patient Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data. The medicines.php handler inserts the POST medicine_name value directly into an SQL statement without restrictions. Access requires valid clinic-management credentials, and crafted medicine names can expose sensitive records stored in the server database.
