Unauthenticated SSRF via unfiltered download URL

SSRF in the downloadUrl API endpoint in Yifang Software LTCMS 1.0.20 allows remote attackers to initiate server-side requests. The app/utils/base/helper/Ltcms_download.php handler passes the attacker-controlled file value to curl_exec without scheme or destination filtering. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the blind requests can reach internal network services or local-resource protocols.
