Unauthenticated code execution via arbitrary file write

Server-side request forgery in Yifang Software LTCMS 1.0.20 allows remote attackers to write remotely fetched content into the website directory. The unauthenticated multiDownload GET handler passes file to curl_exec() and writes the response to attacker-chosen savePath with file_put_contents(). A crafted request can store attacker-controlled PHP in the served website directory, enabling code execution under the web process account.
