Unauthenticated SSRF via unchecked download URL

Server-side request forgery in Yifang Software LTCMS 1.0.20 allows remote attackers to reach network resources through its download API. The download function at /api/test/download accepts the url argument and causes the server to request that supplied location without a disclosed destination restriction. No authentication or user interaction is required, and access is bounded by the network resources reachable from the LTCMS server.
