Unauthenticated CGI file disclosure via missing access control
Published Aug 14, 2024 · Updated Aug 16, 2024
Access-control failure in CAYIN Technology CMS and SMP products allows remote attackers to download arbitrary CGI files without authentication. The affected CGI download path serves requested CGI files without enforcing the access-control check required for unauthenticated requests. Network reachability is sufficient, and the disclosed impact is limited to reading CGI file contents; the vendor has not published the endpoint or request format.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
