Stored XSS via unsanitized SVG uploads

Stored XSS in Repute InfoSystems ARMember 4.0.37 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through uploaded SVG files. The SVG upload path accepts script-bearing image content without sufficient sanitization and later serves the stored file without output neutralization. Subscriber-level access is sufficient; the script runs in the site's origin when the SVG is accessed, enabling browser-session data access and page modification.
