Administrator-level database disclosure via unprepared entryID query
Published Aug 20, 2024 · Updated Aug 20, 2024
SQL injection in Bit Apps Bit Form 2.0 through 2.13.9 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via entryID. The getLogHistory function incorporates entryID into an existing SQL query without sufficient escaping or parameter preparation, allowing appended SQL statements. Administrator-level WordPress access is required, and the bounded consequence is extraction of sensitive information available to the WordPress database account.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
