Authenticated command execution via unanchored annotation regex

Command injection in Kubernetes ingress-nginx before 1.10.4 and 1.11.0 through 1.11.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The auth-tls-verify-client validator used an unanchored regular expression and preserved carriage returns, so text after an accepted token entered the generated NGINX configuration as new directives. Permission to create Ingress objects is required; injected Lua or commands run as the controller and can read its service-account token, which accesses all cluster secrets by default.
