Path traversal in F5 NGINX Agent 2.17.0 through before 2.37.0 allows remote authenticated users to overwrite files outside configured directories. The config_dirs write-path validation fails to keep attacker-selected configuration destinations within the configured directory boundary. Exploitation requires highly privileged management access and is limited to files writable by the Agent account, with no reported read or availability impact.
