Host file writes via colliding archive headers

Path traversal in HashiCorp Nomad and Nomad Enterprise allows remote authenticated users to write files outside allocation directories. During allocation migration, the unpacker fails to remove an existing path before processing another archive header for the same file, letting the later write resolve beyond the allocation directory. Exploitation requires access to or compromise of the source Nomad client agent, and the resulting impact is limited to unauthorized host-file modification.
