Stored script execution via unescaped form fields
Published Sep 25, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in IT Path Solutions Contact Form to Any API 1.2.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through form fields. The plugin stores Contact Form 7 submission fields and renders them in its entries view without sufficient sanitization or output escaping. No authentication is required to submit the payload; the script runs when another user opens the stored entry, enabling actions in that user's browser context.
