Command injection in Progress Telerik UI for WPF before 2024.3.924 allows attackers to execute commands through crafted hyperlink elements. The affected controls fail to neutralize command-special characters in hyperlink elements before interpretation; Progress has not disclosed the responsible function. Exploitation requires user interaction and an application that uses the RichTextBox, PdfViewer, or Spreadsheet control, after which commands run in that application's context.
