Denial of service in Rockwell Automation Logix controllers at revision 28.011 allows remote attackers to fault the controller via PCCC. The controller accepts a malformed PCCC message for CIP object 103 without adequate input validation and enters a fault state. No authentication or user interaction is required; the fault interrupts controller availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
