Unauthenticated SQL injection via unfiltered username
Published Aug 3, 2024 · Updated Aug 5, 2024
SQL injection in itsourcecode.com Ticket Reservation System in PHP 1.0 allows remote attackers to alter database queries through login.php. The login handler uses the POST username value in a MySQL query without strict filtering, allowing a time-based blind payload to invoke SLEEP(). No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is a timing oracle rather than confirmed data extraction or modification.
