Command injection in VIVOTEK IB8367A VVTK-0100b allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via QUERY_STRING. The upload_file.cgi handler uses getenv to read QUERY_STRING and processes the unneutralized value in a command context. Access to the vulnerable CGI endpoint is required; successful exploitation can read, alter, or interrupt camera data and operation.
