Session credential disclosure via logged WinSCP arguments

Information exposure in Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager 2024.2.20 and earlier on Windows allows local users to obtain WinSCP session credentials. When launching a WinSCP session, the application places the session password in command-line arguments that Windows records in system logs. Access to those logs is required, and disclosure is limited to credentials for the launched WinSCP session.
