Unauthenticated path disclosure via error-displaying bootstrap file
Published Sep 6, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Full path disclosure in Coffee2Code Remember Me Controls 2.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read the WordPress installation path. The directly reachable tests/phpunit/bootstrap.php file enables display_errors, so its PHP error response reveals the absolute filesystem path. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the disclosed path has no reported standalone impact and only assists exploitation of another flaw.
