Process crash via stale NBD listener callback

Improper synchronization in the QEMU NBD Server on affected Red Hat platforms allows remote attackers to crash QEMU during shutdown. Server teardown releases the NBD listener before a pending client's close callback can call qio_net_listener_set_client_func, dereferencing a stale listener. Access to the temporary NBD socket is sufficient; TLS credentials are unnecessary because the client can stall before TLS negotiation.
