Stored XSS via unescaped calendar event names

Stored XSS in Concrete CMS before 8.5.19 and 9.0.0 through 9.3.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via event names. The calendar event version dialog in concrete/views/dialogs/event/view_version.php renders getName() without h() output escaping. A user or group needs permission to create event calendars to store a payload, and modification permission is required to open the affected dialog and execute it.
