Secure Boot bypass via unsigned custom PE loading

Secure Boot bypass in the Reloader UEFI application allows local users to execute unsigned code during system startup. Its custom PE loader decrypts an image from a cloak.dat file in a hardcoded EFI path and executes it without the standard LoadImage signature check. Administrative access to the EFI System Partition and a reboot are required, after which pre-OS code can install a persistent bootkit.
