Session hijacking via unchanged login session ID

Session fixation in Keycloak SAML adapters allows remote authenticated users to hijack victim sessions after a victim completes SAML login. The ElytronSamlSessionStore.changeSessionId method returned the existing JSESSIONID on both configuration branches instead of invoking the container's session-ID change operation. Exploitation requires control of a victim's pre-authentication session identifier and the victim's subsequent SAML authentication.
