Path traversal in the Weave server API before 0.50.8 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files. The /__weave/file/ route's send_local_file function joined attacker-controlled paths to the filesystem root without resolving and confining them to the artifacts directory. Low-privileged access is sufficient to retrieve sensitive files, including stored API keys that grant server-administrator privileges.
