Memory corruption via unchecked File parameter copy

Buffer overflow in TOTOLINK EX1200L 9.3.5u.6146_B20201023 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt memory via a crafted request. UploadCustomModule in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi passes the POST-controlled File value to strcpy, which copies it into v18 without a length check. A valid management session is required, and the published proof of concept demonstrates an oversized request rather than code execution.
