Account compromise via extended expired OTP validity

Expired-OTP acceptance in Keycloak before 24.0.7 and 25.0.0 through 25.0.3 allows remote attackers to compromise accounts via FreeOTP. The TOTP validation logic accepts a preceding 30-second code when the default look-around window is 1, extending validity to one minute. Exploitation requires a FreeOTP-enrolled account, the default 30-second TOTP policy, and possession or guessing of a code during the extra window.
