Cryptographic weakness in Progress Telerik Report Server before 10.3.24.1112 allows local users to decrypt locally stored asset data. The product encrypts local asset data with an older algorithm, but Progress has not disclosed the algorithm, key derivation, or affected storage locus. Exploitation requires local access to protected asset data and affects confidentiality only, without reported modification or service interruption.
