SQL injection via unneutralized id parameter
Published Jul 31, 2024 · Updated Jul 31, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester Establishment Billing Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries. The manage_tenant.php endpoint incorporates the attacker-controlled id argument into an SQL command without neutralizing special elements, allowing the submitted value to change the command. Low-privileged web access is required; successful exploitation can read or modify database content or interrupt database-backed operations, although the public record identifies no specific tables.
