Unauthenticated administrator login via username SQL injection
Published Jul 31, 2024 · Updated Jul 31, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester Lot Reservation Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to bypass administrator login via a crafted username. The login action in /admin/ajax.php uses the username in its authentication query without neutralizing quote and Boolean-operator syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required; a tautological username makes the endpoint accept an arbitrary password and return a successful administrative login.
