SYSTEM code execution via junction-followed file creation

Link-following in PSANHost.exe in Panda Security Panda Dome 22.02.01 allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM. The privileged service follows an attacker-created Windows junction when creating a file, redirecting that write to an arbitrary path. Low-privileged code execution on the same Windows host is required; successful exploitation grants SYSTEM-level file creation and code execution.
