Local SYSTEM code execution via symbolic-link folder deletion

Link following in AvastSvc in Avast Free Antivirus 24.2.6105 allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM. AvastSvc follows an attacker-created symbolic link when deleting a folder, redirecting the privileged deletion to an attacker-chosen location. Low-privileged code execution on the Windows host is required, after which the attacker can escalate to SYSTEM.
