Stored script execution via unsanitized policy names

Stored XSS in SourceCodester Insurance Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript via a policy name. The update_policy endpoint stores the pname POST value in the database, and the front end later echoes it without neutralizing HTML. Submitting the update requires an authenticated administrative session, and the script executes when another user views the stored policy name.
