Authenticated query manipulation via unsanitized tbl parameter
Published Jul 30, 2024 · Updated Sep 1, 2025
SQL injection in SourceCodester School Log Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate queries via the tbl parameter. The /admin/print_barcode.php endpoint incorporates the attacker-controlled POST field tbl into an SQL command without neutralizing SQL syntax. Access to the administrative barcode-printing function is required; exploitation can read or modify data available to the application's database account.
